Our experienced lab technicians will cut and fit the new lenses, perform a quality check, and send your frames back to you.
The entire process takes 12–14 business days from the moment we receive your frames.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my lenses?
We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the lenses don’t suit you within the first 30 days, we’ll remake them for free. You must provide a valid prescription from an ophthalmologist.

We can replace lenses for most frames, including metal, plastic, rimless, and semi-rimless frames. If you're not sure, please contact us before sending your frames!
